I think it's time to question my design, though I'm meant to defend it.
They say it's now, now or never. Now is never in my head and I'm lost in these moments.
Spinning around.
These eyes shine on you and burn us with a fire.
So bright. Illuminates our bodies in the night.
My heart was built all wrong.
I can't filter out the world I'm in so now there ain't no rest for the wicked.
Like rust, it eats me up, but, when you're around I let you in and now there ain't no rest for the wicked.
I don't think it's right to have to wait in line when I want it.
Cause I want it now. Now or never, but, now is never in your bed.
You said it, you meant it. Most of the time.
These eyes shine on you and burn you with a fire.
So bright. Illuminates our bodies in the night.
My heart was built all wrong.
I can't filter out the world I'm in so now there ain't no rest for the wicked.
Like rust, it eats me up, but, when you're around I let you in and now there ain't no rest for the wicked.
You ask me why I'm fighting all the time. I can't answer you.
Maybe all is lost, lost forever. Forever is when we're dead or until we speak again.
So don't go.
My heart was built all wrong.
I can't figure out this world I'm in so now there ain't no rest for the wicked.
Like rust, it eats me up, but, when you're around I let you in and now there ain't no rest for the wicked.
